Change and delivery leadership
Senior change and delivery leadership for organizations in the middle of change, at whatever depth the situation needs, with a human-centered mindset. From a standing advisory seat to owning delivery end to end. No matter the engagement level, there is shared accountability for the outcomes, ensuring your people (customers included) can sustain the new ways of working after the intiative ends.
Start a conversation See how I work01The pattern
Different starting points, but one root cause: Limited/No capacity to drive the work to done.
02The approach
The real problem is addressed. Most stalls aren't systems problems — they're ownership problems. I identify the root cause AND root conditions, then fix them.
I own the execution, I won't just recommend it. My presence and accountability remain through delivery and beyond. I direct your team, and build alongside them where the scope calls for it.
Change lands through and with people, or not at all. Customer and employee experiences are priorities. I design for your organization's capacity to absorb the change and sustain it, not just ensuring the process is correct on paper and technology is in place.
Built to outlast me. Capability and knowledge transfer to your team. No dependency on me.
These principles converge to form structured strategic planning and delivery of outsized results. The outcome: change feels good and improvement shows from the inside out.
03Ways to work together
Engagements are sold as capacity — days of senior leadership per week — not hours on a clock. Pick the one that fits where you are and what you need to accomplish. Happy to discuss during our fit call.

A focused 30-day look at how your operations actually run, delivered as a diagnostic and action plan with prioritized roadmap your team can execute.
This ensures that whatever is planned for execution addresses what's actually happening backed by data, not just guesses.
Ideal for: Founders, operators, and leaders who know something needs to change, but don't know what to do, how to get it done, or don't have the bandwidth to address it.

Metrics highlight the results. And we can't modify what we can't measure. These are the artifacts that keep us on track, and what you'll receive in your inbox during an engagement.
| Finding | What's driving it | Owner | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|
| Order handoffs fail between sales and fulfilment | No named owner for the handoff; three systems of record, none authoritative | VP Ops | Now |
| Rework on 1 in 4 implementations | Scope confirmed verbally, never documented before build starts | Delivery lead | Now |
| Escalations bypass the queue | Leaders resolve directly; team never learns the pattern | Support mgr | Next |

Note: Deliverables are scoped to the engagement, so not every engagement produces every artifact. Advisory work primarily produces judgment rather than documents.

08The first 60 days
Root causes and conditions found while operations keep going — stakeholders, workflows, ownership map, the real drivers identified.
Governance and ownership set, quick wins landed, operating cadence installed.
Delivery continues, ownership transfers to your team as capability builds, systems and workflows documented. The new operating model works without me. I stay on in advisory capacity as necessary* (*Timeline and accountability determined by scope of engagement)
09Who you'll be working with

I've spent 15+ years at Fortune 100 technology, healthcare ecosystem, and distribution companies doing one thing in different spaces: landing large-scale, cross-functional change initiatives. Whether it's:
- A transformation effort that needs to be restabilized.
- A portfolio delivery that needs a capable leader at the helm. Or even
- A department that needs new performance management (KPIs, dashboards, etc.) or operating models established.
Leaders have consistently counted on me to rapidly diagnose underlying problems or needs, establish strategic plans aligned with business priorities, and rally teams for scaled execution. All while people are kept at the center AND while operations keep moving.Transformation is people work. I pay close attention to the human side during every initiative. I intentionally plan with humans in mind, upfront and throughout the entire change journey.
Change delivery typically fails when the impacted people can't absorb it or can't sustain it once the project is over. So, I build operational readiness in as deliberately as we plan the portfoliios. Customer experience and employee experience are treated as priorities, and change management is treated as more than just communications.
I enjoy delivering meaningful impact across multiple engagements. I work this way by choice.
The problems I've spent nearly two decades solving aren't unique to any one company, vertical, or industry. I prefer to lend my experience where and when it's most needed and most impactful.

10Where this has worked
$330MM+
A workflow optimization and system enablement initiative with limited oversight. Assumed ownership, created a rhythm across teams, and drove the fix through delivery. Reframed the deployment approach; stabilized workstreams focused on governance/policy, workflow redesign, and system enablement, plus operational readiness; established clearer accountability and decision paths; and aligned functional and executive stakeholders through implementation. The resulting changes enabled more than $330MM in revenue recognition improvement and 30% productivity gains within three months.
25%–35% Improvements
Multi-site operations relying on inconsistent processes and aging technology. Led the modernization end to end while the centers kept servicing customers. Led a global contact center transformation spanning 5 sites, 2 countries, and 850+ users, requiring coordinated change across business, technology, operations, leadership and external vendors. Established governance and cross-functional operating structure; aligned stakeholders around new processes, responsibilities, and ways of working; and directed workstreams for phased implementation, organizational readiness, and adoption. The resulting transformation introduced multichannel capabilities, strengthened analytics and case-management by 35%, improved customer satisfaction by 30%, and reduced process redundancies by 25%.
200 Users, 50k Members
A process redesign and technology implementation to improve the customer experience. Inherited a stalled customer service transformation requiring coordinated cross-functional execution, including external vendors, in a hybrid SAFe agile/traditional waterfall environment. Performed an upfront assessment to identify underlying causes; established a more effective program operating structure with clear ownership and governance; and embedded newly established change readiness and adoption practices into the deployment strategy. The result was stronger cross-functional execution and deployment 2 months ahead of schedule and ~20% under budget, along with enhanced customer/employee experiences.
11Capabilities
Finding what's actually driving a breakdown, then fixing it while operations keep going.
Global multi-site modernization, workflow redesign, multichannel implementation, and service delivery at scale.
Decision rights, ownership models, and the meeting rhythm that holds them.
Documented, repeatable workflows replacing tribal knowledge.
Large-scale initiatives across teams, sites, and regulated environments.
Stakeholder engagement and readiness, so the change holds after go-live.
12What happens next
A fit assessment. A short form or a 30-minute discovery call, whichever you prefer. Either way, I want to understand a few things: what's happening, what you've tried, your timeline, and your estimated budget.
A 60-minute engagement overview. If we're aligned, I set this up directly. A conversation, not a deep dive, in enough detail to agree the shape of the work and what changes as a result. Detailed scoping happens after, inside the contracted engagement.
A proposal. An outline of the agreed upon scope, timeline, approach, and fees for alignment. This is provided within a week / five business days of the engagement overview.
13Questions + Answers
Yes, where the scope calls for it. My default is owning delivery and directing your team through it. When a situation genuinely needs me building alongside the team, that's scoped and priced into the engagement rather than absorbed mid-flight. Excluded is my running daily project administration.
My proof points come from Fortune 100 technology, healthcare, and distribution companies, however the underlying causes are similar across industries and business size, and my expertise travels. The breakdowns I fix — unclear ownership, undocumented workflows, stalled delivery — are industry-agnostic.
Because scope drives cost, and no two operations are in the same condition. Retainers start at $10,000/month and every engagement is quoted to its scope before we begin. Nothing is billed by the hour.
Remote by default, with on-site time where and when the work requires it. Travel and accommodations are arranged and covered by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Typically within two weeks of a signed agreement. Earlier kickoff can be discussed on a case by case basis.

Send it in writing or talk it through. Either way, you'll get a direct and honest assessment from me.
A short form, about five minutes. I'll review it and respond within two business days with our next steps.
A 30-minute call to hear the situation and tell you directly whether I can help. You'll complete a few short questions when you book, so I have an understanding before we meet.
